Welcome to the T&T Consultancy Australia Pty Ltd product page.

Here you will find information about many of the current products supplied by the Company, a description of the services we are able to deliver, and how to place an order with us.

Products

T & T Consultancy produces several world class products. Those products are listed below. However, in addition to our own products, we have access to many of the world’s leading products for the visually impaired or disabled. Those products include but are not limited to JAWS for Windows; Talks for mobile phones; Dragon Naturally Speaking Professional for dictation; TypeAbility for teaching keyboard skills; Caketalking, Goodfeel and Sybellius Speaking for visually impaired musicians; and hardware products such as the Victor Reader Stream, high quality headsets, embossers and Braille displays .
Our unique offering to you is that we have extensive knowledge of most products in the market, and can give you an unbiased view of the most appropriate product from several different manufacturers. Call us to discuss what might be the right product for you.

Important Notes

GST

Please note that all of the prices contained in this document are exclusive of GST. Many products for the visually impaired or disabled are GST exempt, however some that are considered for mainstream use are not; in that situation, GST will be charged at 10%.

Delivery Charges

We charge delivery/freight on most products and the amount charged will be reflected in your quote or is available from us. We try to minimise this cost and generally use Australia Post. In situations where multiple products are ordered a single delivery charge representing the size and weight of the overall consignment will be applied.

 

Credit and Debit Card Transactions

At this stage we do not accept Credit or Debit Cards. Payment should be made by Direct Bank Deposit, Cheque or Money Order. Bank details will be provided on quotations.

Software Versions

All prices quoted will be for the latest available version of software. Please contact us for any version details.

  • To use J-Say Professional JAWS for Windows and Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional are required. See relevant sections for JAWS and Dragon pricing information.

  • A range of high quality microphones can be supplied to improve the overall quality of Voice Recognition, see later section for details.

  • J-say Professional includes:

    1. The J-Say Pro middleware interface

    2. The J-Say Pro Authorisation CD-ROM, which intricately links the copy of J-Say Pro to the JAWS serial number

    3. Documentation information in print, Audio CD, Daisy CD, and on Data CD.

    J-Tunes Accessible Interface

    The J-Ttunes Accessible Interface enables a Visually Impaired person via the JAWS Screen Reading software to effectively access the Itunes Music Management software from Apple. As well as being able to fully control the music within the computer users of this interface can also purchase music from the Itunes Music Store and manage music and spoken word content on an Ipod.

    Note: Purchase and support of the J-Tunes Accessible Interface is purely Web Based hence no delivery charge is applicable.

ASSESSMENT, TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Our team of Consultants are vastly experienced in assessing the Access needs of individuals with Access Technology requirements, delivering training in the effective use of Access Technology, and "Scripting" and configuring special access technology such as JAWS for Windows to function in non-standard Windows environments such as database applications, Call Centre systems etc.
Our experience in this area has proved that whilst on the one hand generic scripts providing a basic level of access can be created it is the bespoke nature of such work which makes for highly effective access, addressing the specific needs of individuals.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Any of our customers who have purchased Products and Services from us are very welcome to make use of our Support Facility. The facility can be used to resolve any technical problems experienced, or to answer questions and queries about the use of products supplied.
This will be provided on a "Reasonable Endeavours" basis with problems being resolved as efficiently as we can. Please note, this is not a Telephone Training Service, and we reserve the right in extreme situations to withdraw support!
Our Telephone Technical Support service is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
